They also ensure the hosts continue enjoying Airbnb and thrive to provide a clean satisfying experience for you." *No Events or Parties Allowed - Noise-Level is professionally monitored by Minut only for decibels not conversations. Quiet time is from 10PM-7AM - If decibels exceed 85 during this time, the guest(s) will be contacted and asked to reduce the noise level. If the level remains above 85, guest(s) will be asked to leave due to violation of house rules. Guest(s) should respect the local sound ordinance. *No Smoking Allowed - Normal Cleaning Fee is $175 per Stay. However, if there is a Smoking Violation, Guests will be charged an Additional Fee of $250 to cover Additional Deep Cleaning to make the home suitable for the next guest(s) stay. *Pet Fee - $15/pet/day, including Emotional Support Animals. Registered Service animals are free. *Pet Crate Policy - When dogs are left unattended in the home they must remain in their crates. In the event that you do not have a crate or would rather not travel with theirs, we can provide a clean crate for your pet for $10/day when available. We also request that the dogs stay off the furniture and beds. We (and future guests) appreciate your compliance with our pet policy. *Back Yard - The picket fenced back yard is available for your use. Please be aware that smaller dogs may be able to get under the fence and larger dogs may be able to jump it. For this reason, we ask that pets not be left unattended while using this space. *Farm Access - This is a working horse farm. The farm is not accessible without permission. Do not walk or drive past the driveway gate without permission. *Handicap Accessibility - Allen House has an interior stair lift as well as an exterior wheelchair lift available. Guests must contact us at least 1 day prior to check-in day to ensure that these features are available to them. We keep them locked, otherwise, to prevent any damage or injury to those guests that don’t require them. *Parking/Driveway - There are a maximum of 4 vehicles that can park in the designated spots located to the right of the garage. Do not block or park on the main driveway at any time as other cars/trucks will be using the driveway to access the farm. In the event a guest's vehicle blocks access to the back of the property, the hosts reserve the right to have that vehicle towed. All expenses associated with towing will be the responsibility of the guest. *Early Check-In/Late Check-Out - Standard check-in time is 3PM and standard check-out time is 10AM. We do offer an early check-in at 1PM and/or late check-out at 12PM when available. There is a $50 fee for either early check-in or late check-out. If you would like both the fee is $75. Guest(s) must inquire about early check-in/late check-out and pay the fee at least 2 hours before standard check-in/check-out times, otherwise the standard times will apply. *Late Check-Out Violation - If the guest(s) check-out more than 30 minutes after normal check-out time, they will be charged $100 for a late check-out violation. If the guest(s) remains 2 hours or more past normal check-out time, they will be charged that day's base rate minus any discounts/promos. This does not award the guest possession for that day, it is merely a penalty to cover additional time for house cleaner(s) and for the possibility of negatively affecting a future reservation. Additionally, if the violation results in the next guest(s) reservation cancellation/change, the violating guest will be responsible for any fees/charges associated with re-accomodating that displaced guest. *Occupancy limit - the maximum number of occupants permitted at this property at any one time shall not exceed more than 10 Adults/Children and 1 Infant. In the event this limit is exceeded the host has the right to immediately vacate/remove additional persons from the property. *Additional Cleaning Fee - In the event the home is left in an extremely dirty condition, post check-out, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250. Examples include an excessive amount of trash, spots/stains on walls, spots/stains on furniture, spots/stains on flooring, overflowing sink full of dishes, etc. *Access to Remedy Complaints - If the guest(s) has a complaint about any aspect of the property such as the amenities, cleanliness, etc, upon the guest(s) addressing said complaint to AirBnB or the hosts, the hosts will be authorized to come into the property and address/remedy the issue up to the guest(s) standards. The hosts and/or their agents will not need permission to solve these issues in a timely manner.

You’ll have access to the whole home and backyard! We share the driveway with a horse therapy center/boarding facility behind the home, so the driveway must remain unblocked. Please note there is no access to the farm behind the house without prior permission. There is parking for at least 4 vehicles, and we can accommodate larger ones with special permission, you only need to ask and see what we can accommodate! The home is lovely, and the peace and tranquillity of this family retreat is unmatched in Nashville! Truly a one of a kind home! There is no garage access, as it is used as extra storage for the therapy center owner's personal effects.
